4 Weeks to Balance & Bliss: Move Your Mindset to Create Change That Lasts!
Do you find yourself trying the latest diets and workout routines or using new apps to reign in your spending habits? Initially, the change feels motivating but over time they become too regimented to follow longterm. Would you describe yourself as having an “all-or-nothing” personality or as someone who “falls off the wagon” from time-to-time? If you’ve ever used the words “cheated” or “failed” to describe your wellness journey (health, career, finances, relationships etc), I can 100% relate. As a yo-yo dieter for over 10 years, I was always “on” or “off” of some diet or strict fitness routine, and as a result, I lost and gained over 40 lbs multiples times in my life…but was never able to successfully keep it off. This mentality also flowed over into my mindset around money, success and relationships. I stayed in careers that burned me out, stuck it out in relationships that didn’t serve me, and put everyone else’s needs before my own….sound familiar?
What I finally realized after years of restriction (and burning the candle at both ends), was that results come from consistency and I was never going to be motivated or consistent with things that brought me dread or that constantly led to feelings of guilt and shame. I had to move my mindset in order to create changes that would actually last.
And not just when it came to my body but all areas of my life…my career, finances, personal growth, relationships, and overall health and wellbeing.
This 4 week program is your chance to think about your habits in a new light, to create simple and realistic steps in the direction of your goals and to give yourself a break from the pressures to be “perfect” by a certain date or time. It’s about enjoying the journey and creating a path for yourself that feels GOOD and that actually inspires you to continue on with. We'll work in a group setting to take real steps in helping you get there...

1 (60 minute) Q &A w/ Health & Wellness Expert, Sophie Jaffe
Sophie Jaffe is a Los Angeles-based health and wellness expert, who is certified as a raw food chef and yoga teacher. Sophie founded her company and wellness brand, Philosophie, with the goal of making it easier, more inspiring, and more delicious to attain optimal health and radiant wellness.
In this session, Jess will be asking Sophie a series of questions formulated in large part, by you and centered around moving your mindset to create change that lasts!
If you’re interested in learning more about Sophie, you can find her writing in publications such as Well + Good, The Chalkboard Magazine, The Body Book, and Mind Body Green. She also frequently leads international women's empowerment IGNTD workshops+podcast, moon circles, and yoga and HIIT classes.
Through her holistic approach to wellbeing, Sophie has learned that total wellbeing begins with total nourishment, which is why she created her unique line of cleanses and superfood products. Sophie shares her insights on how to live a life full of unbounded energy, bliss, and balance on the Philosophie blog and savors every moment with her three beautiful children and loving husband!

Being part of Jess' 4 Weeks to Balance & Bliss Group Coaching Course was the best start to the new year.
