This 10 year journey gave me a whole new appreciation for living a life of balance and made me realize that it’s not just about the food physically on your plate but everything else that plays a role into the choices you make, the way you feel about your body and how motivated you are to make a change!
It wasn’t until I quit my draining career, stopped relying on medication for my stress migraines, went back to nutrition school and worked with my mom (Candace) to rebalance my hormones, that I finally began to shift from living in the highs and lows to really LIVING!
