Her love for connecting people through movement inspired her to start Rachel Recharged Wellness Company that features pop-up events and weekend retreats specifically for women. She has been in the fitness and wellness industry for over 5 years and has honed in on the importance of connection, movement, and self care.

  • Rachel found that self care doesn't just have to be a face mask or an epsom salt bath, but it can mean saying no to things that don't serve you, following your passion, and surrounding yourself with positive energy. Her passion is creating a community that is vulnerable, positive, and up lifting.
