I spent over a decade trying to willpower my way to confidence.
I believed that if I could just lose the weight, everything else would fall into place.
So I controlled everything — food, workouts, my schedule — but still felt completely out of control inside.

1. Do I need to know my cycle or track it already to join?
Nope! Whether you’ve been tracking your cycle for years or you don’t even know what phase you’re in right now, SYC meets you where you are. I’ll teach you how to start (or refine) tracking in a way that feels simple and sustainable so you’ll quickly learn how to use your cycle as your superpower. And if you don’t have a regular cycle or trackable period, I’ll teach you strategies for tracking and supporting your body in regulating naturally too!
2. What if I don’t get a period (birth control, pregnancy, postpartum, PCOS, etc.)?
You’re still welcome here! SYC isn’t only about periods — it’s about syncing with your body, nervous system, and hormones. Even if you’re not cycling monthly, you’ll learn strategies for energy, nutrition, mindset, and stress regulation that help you feel more grounded, confident, and in tune with your body. And I’ll also teach you strategies for syncing with your body even if you don’t have a period!
3. How is this different from other health programs or online courses?
SYC isn’t another passive course you buy and forget about. It’s dynamic, interactive, and designed to keep you plugged in: binge-worthy modules, bi-weekly live coaching, guided visualizations, and a high-touch community that supports you cycle after cycle. 4. What if I can’t make the live calls?
No worries! All live coaching + workshops are recorded and sent to your inbox with replay links and homework integration prompts. Many women actually build momentum by watching the replays when it fits their schedule.
5. How much time do I need to commit each week?
Most women spend about 1–2 hours a week engaging with SYC (calls, community, journaling, or modules). But it’s self-paced, so you can ebb and flow with your schedule and energy. Remember: this is about working with your cycle, not forcing yourself into another rigid plan.
6. What’s the difference between the tiers?
Tier 1: The Foundation → Self-paced modules, bi-weekly live coaching, Circle community, BLISS guided visualization & breathwork vault, and game changing resources. Perfect if you want structure, live coaching + group support.
Tier 2: The Inner Circle → Everything in Tier 1 plus instant Telegram access for a deeper community feel and closer proximity to Jess, weekly Q&A voice notes, and mini group challenges. Ideal if you want faster momentum and real-time coaching.
Tier 3: The VIP Collective → Everything in Tier 2 plus a private 60-min coaching session each month + 3 days of 1:1 Telegram access after. Best for women who want personalized strategy and next-level accountability with a coach who is just as invested in their “glow up” as they are!
7. What if I’m brand new to hormone health or cycle syncing?
Perfect — you don’t need to know a thing going in. SYC is designed to teach you the foundations step-by-step so you can implement as you go, without overwhelm or bland and boring power points. Jess made it her mission to create a course, community and live experience that is exciting, expansive, easy to follow and fun to be a part of (no snooze fest’s here!)
8. What results can I expect?
Every woman’s journey is different, but past clients have experienced: more energy, weight release without restriction, reduced PMS symptoms, improved cycle regularity, deeper self-trust, better boundaries, and more confidence in their careers + relationships. Your results will depend on your body and your consistency — but you’ll have the tools, community, and coaching to create real, sustainable change.
9. Do I get lifetime access?
Yes! You’ll keep access to the self-paced modules, BLISS vault, and all recorded trainings even after your 4-month minimum commitment ends. The live coaching, challenges, and community support are available as long as you’re an active member.
10. What if I want to cancel?
There’s a 4-month minimum commitment because true transformation takes time. After your first 4 months, you can continue month-to-month or cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
11. Will I get 1:1 support?
Inside Tier 1, coaching happens in the live group sessions. In Tier 2, you’ll also have direct access to me in Telegram for quick coaching, plus weekly Q&A’s. For full 1:1 monthly sessions with personalized strategies, Tier 3 is the best fit.
12. What if I’m not ready right now?
